A family journey spanning three generations in construction
S&G Theriakis Construction is a family construction company based in Paralia Ofriniou, Kavala. Founded by Spyros and Giorgos Theriakis, it continues a family tradition spanning three generations in construction, the building materials trade, concrete and fuels.

For decades, the Theriakis family has been active in several construction-related sectors, including building materials, concrete and fuels. S&G Theriakis Construction is the modern evolution of this experience: a company that goes beyond erecting a building to take responsibility for the entire project cycle, from land and design to construction and handover.
We design homes with identity. Each home begins with its location, the light and the people who will live in it, giving it a character of its own.
Our goal is more than handing over another building. We aim to leave behind architecture: homes whose quality and design continue to speak for themselves long after handover, and a track record that establishes us as one of the most trusted names in construction in Northern Greece.
