What a land-for-property agreement is and how it works
A land-for-property agreement is an arrangement in which a landowner works with a construction company that undertakes the construction of a building. In return, the owner receives one or more properties, such as apartments or other premises, without bearing the construction costs. S&G Theriakis handles the entire process, from the feasibility study to the handover of the completed properties.
